It seems the interest of LeSS in Russia is growing much faster than many other countries. This is visible in the study done by ScrumTrek - the State of Agile in Russia. More than 800 participants were involved in this study. The result is that in Russia LeSS is the most popular way of descaling organizations. Interest in LeSS was also visible in my talk in Moscow Agile Days where I had a full auditorium of engaged listeners.

Ran is an experienced software professional who has worked since 1995 in professional software development field. Currently, Ran is working as a consultant and trainer in process improvement field helping large multinational organizations to move from sequential product development to more agile ways of working. The primary focus has been on how to move big products (over 100 people) to use Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) and Lean.
